i'll tell you what proof he can provide:
this $200 was for install of an affiliate program software... i needed a CUSTOMIZED version, this was the $200 (lol!) project i deposited to him...
then, a few weeks later, i wanted him to install a basic version of this same software.. so i paid him to do it... he did it.... a week and a half late, and missing tons of features.. (no worries, im used to it, this is what Woj's work is always)...
so now, i decide to get a RESPONSIBLE programmer that was recommended to me that programs a different language, so I opt to NOT use Woj-The-NoSkill-Flake..... I ask for my deposit back.. he says OK then says the issue is he doesnt have 200 in his epass... i get pissed and demand him to send it somehow... the next day, i keep demanding, and now his story is 'uhh i already started work on it, cannot deposit ya, sorry'

HE's trying to say the CONFIG and INSTALL of the affprog software for my OTHER PROJECT **IS** the 'WORK HE ALREADY STARTED ON'... that's bullshit....
even if this wasnt the case, anyone know knows Woj, especially as long as I do, knows, that he NEVER LIFTS A FINGER until at least 3 DAYS AFTER THE DEADLINE....
