I've been snacking on cookies for the last month or so, and yesterday I noticed that I've packed about 5 pounds

So I changed to lean ham slices.
Hoping to lose that extra weight!

I don't usually eat when I'm at the computer.

What I do have a habit of doing is walking into the kitchen and eating one or two bites of something, off and on through out the day. I generally do that instead of eating meals, which I know is not good.

sometimes parmesan goldfish crackers, sometimes pistachios. pistachios seem to absorb much too much of my time though. occasionally a cookie or two.

actually, if you aren't munching on totally unhealthy foods then it's pretty healthy. keeps your metabolism working
