anyone take any daily vitamins/supplements?

i've never tried anything but my diet is getting worse over the years and i feel tired wayyyy too much.

any one-a-day vitamins or supplements anyone can recommend? like centrum or flinstones or anything?

Taking a vitamin supplement is a good idea Izz. Look for ones that are natural source if possible.

I'm of the opinion that those are easier to assimilate thus are more effective.

Also, a good brand of ginseng to go with the vitamins will help pep you up too.

I take a bunch of other shit too.. echinecea and a shot of Noni for the immune system, daily vitamin E capsules (I spend a lot of time in the sun, helps the skin regenerate quickly), a multivitamin, B and C tablets, and zinc a couple times a week (heh heh).

I just take this for general well-being and optimal performance (both water-soluble):

* 1 All-In-One pill (vitamins + minerals)
* Occasionally: 1 pill of extra-strong vitamin C (1g = ~1700% of "RDI") whenever the flu is going on around me or I just feel tired - works fucking great!
