RN's get kickass sign-on bonus especially out here in NorCal where we have a massive shortage, but xray tech's who add on an ultrasound license are extremely rare b/c ultrasound is sooooo hard to get a license in, that they usually get between 50K-80K just as a sign on bonus, in addition to starting pay upwards of 75K a year. Not bad for 2 years of schooling. |
