I'm torn between being a radiology technician (x-rays and catscans)
or being a registered nurse (RN)

I'm thinking about seeking a job in a dentist's office... because I need so much dental work done. :Oh crap

Those who work in a dentist's office... do you get dental work done for less or free?

It seems like jobs in the medical field are really soaring.

2 years of a health care biz. Sold it to a public company.

Health care is a bitch industry. We dealt with hospitals and to get them to pay their bills is like pulling teeth.

Haha. You might get some benefits as far as discounts on dental work, but nothing significant. I wouldnt move into the dental field just for that. Get a job with a company that has good dental benefits and you're set.

RN's get kickass sign-on bonus especially out here in NorCal where we have a massive shortage, but xray tech's who add on an ultrasound license are extremely rare b/c ultrasound is sooooo hard to get a license in, that they usually get between 50K-80K just as a sign on bonus, in addition to starting pay upwards of 75K a year. Not bad for 2 years of schooling. :)

When I was at a University finishing up my basics and I was telling people I was going to head to a junior college to get my x-ray tech license they looked at me like I said I was going to flip burgers.

People just don't know how the medical field is blowing up

RN 3 years post secondary education. 125K+
MD or DMO 7 years post. 160K+
MD w/ specialty 9+ years post. 300K+
Most doctors really dont make as much as people think they do. Its a very small percentage of extremely skilled surgeons who pull in the 7 figures a year.
Might as well go for the RN unless youre 21 :)

It's basically like this...
I did business with GTS for a few months with no problem...
Paid them about $2,000

I bought a package one time, and completely sucked
I went to GFY and made a post about it
and the owner hit me on icq saying he was pissed at me
for making his business look bad (this was in the early GTS days)

We talked over icq and he refunded me my money for the bad package

He then told me if I ever had another bad package like that again that he would hook me up or as he said "take care of it"

The main point was that he didn't want anything negative about GTS to be said.

I agreed to change my post so that it complimented GTS

A few weeks later I had a shitty package again and when I mentioned it to the owner he acted like our previous conversation never had and that anything he said was null and void (because he had been drinking that night)

I wanted to talk to him about adjusting the price that I owed him because I got another stinker package from him. He then decided to "make me" pay him so he came to GFY and called me a scammer. And has attempted to have me blacklisted everywhere he sucks cock at*

Do business with them at your own potential risk
