Visa for UK models?

Anyone know how UK models can get work or sponsored visas to come to the US for extended periods of time? Any help or direction would be appreciated!

Its actually quite easy.

If you are talking 3 months, then they dont need anything other than the regular Visa Waiver form that they fill in when they enter the US.

Anything over 3 months you have 2 options..

1) Apply for an extended Visa. It took me around 6 months to get mine approved.

2) Leave the United States every 60 days for 24 hours and re-enter. Send em to do a photoshoot in the Bahamas, up in Canada, in Mexico, etc for a long weekend and they wont have any problems getting back in the country as long as they dont look like they come from Iraq / Afghanistan / The Middle East.

Regards,

Lee

18 USC 2257 makes this much more difficult. They need a work visa or they product will not be legal.
