How do you save a email to a USB drive?
Hey just a quick question,
I got a Mayors Money usb dive and I love it for transerfing smaller files from home to office etc/. I was thinking this morning that I need some emails saved it and I dont know how to do it. I use Mircosoft Outlook and I have a folder of emails I would love to save to my usb dive. Can some please tell me how to do this?

well, you should put the emails to save in a special folder and then save the file on your drive. I believe they are stored in "local settings" and called X.pst,

I don't think you can. all emails with outlook are stored in a single pst file. unless you take that folder and make a new pst out of it.
you can have multiple pst files open in outlook at the same time, and they can all be in different locations. maybe create a new empty pst in the drive you want, and then import/export the folder you want from one pst to another. |

If you cant get it to work, you could always use outlook express. The easy backup of different folders, is my main reason for using it.

Drag and drop. Just highlight the emails you want (use the shift button to select a range) and drag them to your usb drive. Saves them as .msg files.
