I don't think you can. all emails with outlook are stored in a single pst file. unless you take that folder and make a new pst out of it.

you can have multiple pst files open in outlook at the same time, and they can all be in different locations.

maybe create a new empty pst in the drive you want, and then import/export the folder you want from one pst to another.
