you can have multiple pst files open in outlook at the same time, and they can all be in different locations.
maybe create a new empty pst in the drive you want, and then import/export the folder you want from one pst to another.

Wow . I was hoping for a simple rightclick save as and pick the usb as the target. I swore my tech did it (he's out of town) and it saved as a text file with no formating.
