very tedious things, organize things, refile things, retype forms, clean equipment.

basiclly anything that will get him in touch with the "tools" you use but not really needed. this will help him out when you ask him to do something, he will already know where it is, what it does, and how to handle it.

Pick things that are easy to pick up so he doesn't have to ask you every time for help, then once he gets more used to it put more stuff down for him to do
