what do you let him do? "everything" won't cut it...he is pretty new to the adult industry and know very litte, although he is smart and can learn fast...

need advices... i dont want to babysit him 40 hours a week, i got shit to do :)

very tedious things, organize things, refile things, retype forms, clean equipment.

basiclly anything that will get him in touch with the "tools" you use but not really needed. this will help him out when you ask him to do something, he will already know where it is, what it does, and how to handle it.

Pick things that are easy to pick up so he doesn't have to ask you every time for help, then once he gets more used to it put more stuff down for him to do

Depends entirley what there skills are.

I sacked one guy last week and will sack another tomorrow. Tried to train them into doing it right and I failed.

Is this a work from home employee or someone who will be working in your office or whatever? That and his skillset makes a big difference.
