weird ccbill chargebacks
I have 5 chargebacks showing within the past 48 hours, which is very sudden. Just curious whether anyone else has seen this, I'm wondering whether it's just my account, or something was held up in the system and there's been a large number suddenly processed.
To give you an idea of how unusual 5 chargebacks is for me (especially in such a short period) there's only been one other chargeback on my accounts within the past 3 months. |

Was it maybe 5 because that person had been rebilled 4 times? So they charged back the sale and all the rebills.. or was it 5 separate charge backs?

When I look at the detail there's also an extra entry (ie: 6 entries, but the previous screen shows a count of 5) with a subscription ID starting with 7, and a signup date of "0." Looks half garbled, that's why I was wondering if something weird was going on. |

The extra entry is also showing as a credit (to me), not a negative debit. Why is it showing up in the list of chargebacks? Weird...

Hi Rowan,
That single post that is showing as a positive is an actual single bill sale. It is showing with the other Chargebacks as from the look of your screenshot you are viewing a full transaction report. This report will show all transactions. If you have any specific questions about these listings feel free to give us a call. Thanks |

In other words... In the transaction list I click on "5" under chargebacks and see 6 entries In the transaction list I click on "1" under single and see the strange entry by itself |

My apologies,
As I had mentioned in my previous post, I was going off of the information that was viewable in the partial screenshot that you included in your post. If you are concerned that your stats are not displaying properly, our staff is available here 24/7 to assist you with any issues. Thanks again |
