Questions about iBill

I know iBill just relocated. The CMI is back up, but I haven't seen any account activity since 1/19. Not a penny in or out.

Anyone else having this problem, the stats were supposed to be fixed today. I tried calling support and sales and didn't get an answer or a mail box. Anyone with some insight, please help me out!

Thanks!

Just what the world needs.. another uninformed webmaster

do a search on Ibill. You'll soon realize you will NEVER get paid.. they will KEEP all your money.

http://www.ccbill.com by FAR is 110% better than paycom. ANY processor is better than IBill

Thanks for the advice guys, we only use iBill for old recurring members (been in business since 1998, so we are well aware of iBill). We already have moved onto Epoch/Paycom for our current signups.

What the question is: if anyone on this board is still using iBill, please tell me if you have any stats from 1/19 to today - because I can not call them or get any emails.

IM still using IBILL for my old rebills, and the last transaction date for rebills was done on January 25. No other transaction after that date. I too called them today, and I got a message that they are stuill closed. Hopefully, they will send me my check for the Feb 1st payment. And maybe the holdback they owe me since October.
