She was holding $80. Four people bought in at $20. One guy was booted but wanted to buy in, he only had a $100 bill. She took his $100 bill, gave him back the other $80.

Thats where the "second" $100 bill came from.

Ok, first off. My first statement was a typo. 4 people were playing. One guy bought in twice, therefore making it 100 bucks. I said 5 in reference to how many "buy-ins" were in the pot.

Secondly, I had 130-something total in my purse: I had one hundred dollar bill, one twenty dollar bill, and random 5's and 1's. I put my 20 bucks in at the beginning of the game, leaving me with 100-something. My wallet and purse had nothing to do with holding the buy in money.
