Hoping someone can help me out....please

I'm using Epoch processing on a paysite and want to get the upgrade-plus feature working, so I can have a trial members area (limited access, one-click choice to upgrade to full membership.)

All paycom do is keep sending me a .pdf file that I've told them I don't understand 10 times already.

I know that you need to make a 2nd members page, for the trial area......

and I think this would be a copy of the full members page, just with most of the content links non-working.
Instead of going to the content, the links go to the upgrade template where you have an option to...upgrade to full membership.

am i right so far? somebody? anybody?

Next it's creating an "upgrade template with an accept/denial button."
this is where I start getting lost...I don't understand the syntax I should be using in the links at all.

should the denial link just go back to the trial members area?
and what about the accept link? I don't get it at all

I only post here as a last resort, I have emailed Paycom several times trying to get more help but they just keep mailing me back the same .pdf file again.....and again....and again...

If anyone here has this feature on their site(s) and could explain what I need to do a bit more PLEASE can you help me?
