Sites Using PaycomUpgrade Plus Template
 

Hoping someone can help me out....please :helpme

I'm using Epoch processing on a paysite and want to get the upgrade-plus feature working, so I can have a trial members area (limited access, one-click choice to upgrade to full membership.)

All paycom do is keep sending me a .pdf file that I've told them I don't understand 10 times already.

I know that you need to make a 2nd members page, for the trial area......

and I think this would be a copy of the full members page, just with most of the content links non-working.
Instead of going to the content, the links go to the upgrade template where you have an option to...upgrade to full membership.

am i right so far? somebody? anybody?

Next it's creating an "upgrade template with an accept/denial button."
this is where I start getting lost...I don't understand the syntax I should be using in the links at all.

should the denial link just go back to the trial members area?
and what about the accept link? I don't get it at all :(

I only post here as a last resort, I have emailed Paycom several times trying to get more help but they just keep mailing me back the same .pdf file again.....and again....and again...:321GFY :error

If anyone here has this feature on their site(s) and could explain what I need to do a bit more PLEASE can you help me?
