I go to bed around 1am. I'm readin the Da Vinci Code right now tho, so I go to bed and read that for a while. Probably go to sleep around 2am I think and get up at around midday or a short time after.

Normally around midnight during the week. I have tried some of the other things people have said. It is true (for me) that if you do 7 hours down, I would force myself to do x amount of hours up. But.. I just get so much more done when I wake up early. I just have never been able to break that.
So I go to bed around midnight, wake up around 6-8 am depending on season, then work. I will have more than 75% of the day's work done by noon, or early afternoon. Then I can slow down a bit. Weekends, normally do not go to bed til 2-3 am. Just depends.  |

I'm waking up super early since I got back from Vegas last week. Usually I go to sleep around 3-5am and get up between 10-12am.

I go to bed around 2 in the morning then get up around 5 AM to get back to work. Sometimes I take mid day naps to make up for the lack of sleep
