Normally around midnight during the week. I have tried some of the other things people have said. It is true (for me) that if you do 7 hours down, I would force myself to do x amount of hours up. But.. I just get so much more done when I wake up early. I just have never been able to break that.
So I go to bed around midnight, wake up around 6-8 am depending on season, then work. I will have more than 75% of the day's work done by noon, or early afternoon. Then I can slow down a bit. Weekends, normally do not go to bed til 2-3 am. Just depends.
