sexpress 07-25-2002 02:13 AM

What do you think about Private then, PRVT ?

I was going to buy shares a year ago, but decided to wait, now I am glad I did not buy. It was all uphill for Private some years ago, but starting from a year ago it was all downhill... wonder why!!!

I love their products and their strategies, I am still waiting for the right moment to buy... :helpme

We are still surviving this turbulent market. We have released a lot of promising news with more to come, and we have some new people on board (market makers, etc. ) that are helping us with our endeavor.

We are expecting big things :thumbsup

Total Liabilities
$1,016,091
up from 473,000 last year

But I'm sure that the wise and prudent investor totally ignores these financials because she's such a "babe" and a "super person"

There have been losses for all three years. Maybe it's just me, but I think that somebody would want to work 2+ years for PROFIT, not for a public listing. It must take hella work to get listed but there are people sitting in their living room promoting penis pills that are making thousands a month and have profitability. I just don't see how you can lose money in porn in the first place and if you are losing money, I don't see how having investors scrutinizing your books and pressing you for stock rises is going to help.

Muffy 07-25-2002 10:22 AM

Companies go public for a reason...to raise capital, mergers, aquisitions, etc. In this specific instance with NEW product
launches...bottom line is potential, future and growth. The company is not turning a profit right now and that is not the primary concern, the company could restructure and turn a profit tomorrow...but I am sure as you say "the wise and prudent investor" stayed away from all companies losing money in
it's early stages like Microsoft, Cisco, etc. It is all about potential and growth and in product development stages sometimes you need to take a step back before you move forward.

Does Lex still own Web dream?

I used to talk to him all the time, and we have lost touch over the years!

Send him My regards if he's there!

Muffy 07-25-2002 10:44 AM

went up 33.33% today, not bad.
maybe I'll buy some later, right now the transaction fees are higher than potential profit.

nah, I don't hate anybody...except that goddamned Shok....oh yeah and cyberpunk, he's such a little bitch and that prick mastamindz, oh yeah and that "Friends" chick....well I kinda hate Justin Timberlake too and I'm not a big fan of Ken Wiederhorn...and I gues I also hate elephant bukkake...

I just don't think that we have to necessarily be nice to someone just because they are a babe....that's kinda unfair to the non-babes

No offense, but I'd be really embarrassed being part of a company that's selling stock at 25 cents a share.

so is worldcom there is nothing to be embarrassed about

Are you in IR for the company?
I wish you all the luck but I just want to alert you in case you weren't aware of potential SEC and OSC...rules about making public disclosures...on selective message boards... Just in case someone asks specific questions here that you feel the need to answer. Wouldn't want you or the company to get into hot water.

Well yes, that was pretty smooth before actually. I have been involved with marketing a few dozen OTCBB public companies in my recent past and I just wanted to alert you about possible issues with selective disclosure by posting info. here. You may want to check with your IR person what you can't touch on in message boards like this that may get you in trouble with the regulators.

Muffy 07-25-2002 01:33 PM

We are just not allowed to disclose information that is not public knowledge...and so far everything that I have talked about or discussed on this board is public knowledge....
