ms thomas is correct though. You cant tape people doing stuff in the private life, even if its 1 minute before the scene and think you can use it as content, its risky cause you dont have a model release for the girl or guy.

No attorney would ever make a statement like that, unless that specific topic had been addressed in the release that she signed. If it had been addressed, then there wouldn't be any controversy, or question about the footage.

It also seems very odd that her attorney would agree to allow the footage in question to be made available to the public at all. This makes zero sense as well. Once it is offered publicly, she has suffered her claim.

That is the most fake "legal" notice I've ever seen.
