No attorney would ever make a statement like that, unless that specific topic had been addressed in the release that she signed. If it had been addressed, then there wouldn't be any controversy, or question about the footage.
It also seems very odd that her attorney would agree to allow the footage in question to be made available to the public at all. This makes zero sense as well. Once it is offered publicly, she has suffered her claim.
That is the most fake "legal" notice I've ever seen.
Punker, Do you have any never before seen footage of your privacy being compromised as two cameras - a small surveillance camera, as well as a higher grade camcorder - recorded you engaging in sexual activities?
If you do have footage, I must insist that you make it available through 15
