[10:46] EMG Ethan: Yes, but not until we pay the bill
[10:47] EMG Ethan: I assume the billing problem has been worked out, right?
[10:47] prodiac: I dont have that information, Jim talked with Billing, thats all I know, but I will find out information on if anything needs to be done before the servers are picked up, and I will get back to you shortly

[10:50] prodiac: Okay we will remove them and give them to the noc guys at the datacenter with instructions to provide them to Joel when he comes, I will let you know when they are ready for him.

At this point we removed the server like requested.

Your guy was coming down to pick up the machine correct? Once Chris stated that he would take down the machines, why didn't your guy jump in and stop him? Why didn't you call and have them put back online? Why did you just call and find out what the problem was? ICQ them? Email them? Hell you could have even paid the bill that second if it really was the problem.

This works two ways, Chris could have waited, but if phatservers was fine with not getting the $300 first, then what the hell is the big deal? You have no idea if the machines were forced down, I'm sure no data was lost anyway and you are just blowing this up.

This is why I'm on this post, you are making yourself sound like an idot. You should leave and go have a few beers or something.
