If I hadn't known about GFY and this thread, I wouldn't know what Hegre-Art was doing to resolve the problem.

I got an affiliate e-mail from Hegre four days ago, and it doesn't mention a thing about Google, Perfect10 (feh!), or your attempts to resolve the situation.

I got lucky--I only had one page nuked, and it wasn't my main page (I don't even run a big site; I'm an erotica author, of all things!).

In any event, Oyvind, you should let your affiliates know what's going on.

Webmaster ban all stuff from Hegre ex new nude cash, errotica archives.
They sell stuff to P10 (the money is the winner) and say after troubles "It wasn't me"

look, in hindsight it wasn't too smart to sell to P10, but hey now everyone should know, maybe all the other men's magazines should run an add against P10 or warn at least all their photographers

P10 could even go further:
let's remember that a lot/most paysites use non exclusive content, so when P10 would start a second site for which he buys non exclusive content from all the major content providerq, he would do the same thing as he did now: asume he has the exclusive rights and have google ban everyone else
it's the sickest marketing ever

P10 is the badguy, that overstepped his rights and the only reason he can do this, is because he has the money and time to spend on this bullshit

And Series, thanks, I have emailed Google over this and I plan to file that counter DMCA notice on Monday. My site will be back in the index, but I just wish that *more* would be done to perfect 10 over this.

Well, it might been written before, but should google not just ban Perfect10 for life - then Perfect 10 has it like they wanna!. Because a image link should be the same as a picture.
But what about altavista.com - they shows all adult pictures and so on!..

wouldn't make much difference for them, they've got a alexa rank of 77,234, that's what 2000 visitors a day?

It's a real shame too because there's a real black mark on Hegre and a couple of others at the moment... not that it's their fault, but it is a risk to promote them now... they COULD turn this negative into a positive and come out looking like real HEROS :2 cents: I know that I'd be one grateful affiliate :winkwink: :winkwink:

Erro is totally not involved in this issue. I work very closely with Erro and i"m pretty sure he's not somebody who sells content to anybody. As far as i know he only works with Met Art.

Yes, Diebold had to pay someone $125,000 for sending a false DMCA. I think they could be in big trouble, someone should get these facts to Google

Thats bullshit. Im a hegre affiliate and my domain is still blocked and so are dozens of others. WTF??? How does he even know what domains we used to promote him anyway? Most of us signup, list our main domain, than promote the content on every site we own.

So he's clearly lying in that email. Anyone who does business with them deserves to get burned!

just send an e-mail to them with all of your blocked domains

note...if your domain(s) was blocked after the dmca from p10 due to use of other sites content there is nothing we can do about it...

Goose...still banned due to use of our images or other sites images? if it's ours..let me know what domian(s) and ill take care of it. If it's because of images from other sites, you have to contact those sites as they are the only once that can do something about it.
