they fucking made google ban me and dozens of other honest webmasters because of what they call "using of infringing content".Although it's only the mainpage atm, it is most likely that it will go on this way.
I and many others got banned for using regular sponsors content from hegre etc.

Those guys from perfect10 and their lawyers poker too high.
To all webmasters: we need to start global legal actions against Perfect 10 - this thing is very serious

One big goes out to perfect 10 for trying to ruin the whole business.

I actually make sales from Google images... People come to my blog and various free sites from Google images... They search for "Kristina Fey", they see my pic from my blog or free site, they click on it, they get a framed page with her pic and my site, they surf my site, they end up buying a membership... Or they follow a hardlink trade to another of my sites or a linking partner... They find our revenue medium in this manner... WTF is Perfect10's problem?

Also if the content was released to the affiliate to use and isn't from the members area and is being used for the sole purposes of generating sales for Perfect 10, isn't that completely fine with their TOS?

I think the train kinda slowed down about the time him and TCG went at it.

How the fuck can the guy claim copyright violations on content that's not his? I'd say this should result in a class action lawsuit against prefect 10 for loss of revenues because of fictitious claims.

Nope, I don't agree with that at all. Zadeh's presumption in the courts that he does not have to hold the copyright to the images that he sues over has been shown to be wrong at least once in court. For someone like Google to remove photos, like the ones mentioned in the post above -- where they sold P10 the images on a non-exclusive basis, only to have them included in the suit, is completely ridiculous and without merit.

Zadeh's a fucking freak on a power trip and he has been for years. If it were up to him, no one would have anything slightly related to what he publishes, except for him, on the web.

My purchased photos, if I have the rights to them, then I can protect them. If I use them on my site and I don't want google to list them, that is my legal right. Non-exclusive or not.

I'm not saying the perfect10 guy isn't a moron, or what he did wasn't totally fucked..

But at the end of the day, this is Googles fault. If they would have just removed the damn perfect10 photos when he asked, nobody would be here bitching about what took place.
