I never sleep before 3am, i drink so much fucking coffee threw out the day it effects me going to sleep.

Veritable for me.

Does not matter day or night. As long as 6-7 hours slips in a 24 hr cycle I am set.

Generally I measure my sleep, say 7 hours then stay awake for 17 hrs. Whether the sun is up or down does not matter unless there is an appointment during a specific time. Such as a shoot which requires me to awake during the day so I just adjust and keep the sleeping schedual flexible.

Been doing it for many years.
I will be going to bed around 6AM or 7AM.

11pm-1am during weekdays I stayed up way later but the whole day is messed up when you get up at 1 or so too...

switch to decaf or cappucino tastes better a lot less caff

Well since I have a hubby and a beautiful son I try to not be on the PC after 6:00PM I'm usually on in the evening for a few hours. And being up at 6:30am every morning gives me enough time to get my work done! Lately I've been going to bed at 10:00PM...lol I must be getting old!
