Veritable for me.
Does not matter day or night. As long as 6-7 hours slips in a 24 hr cycle I am set.
Generally I measure my sleep, say 7 hours then stay awake for 17 hrs. Whether the sun is up or down does not matter unless there is an appointment during a specific time. Such as a shoot which requires me to awake during the day so I just adjust and keep the sleeping schedual flexible.
Been doing it for many years.
I will be going to bed around 6AM or 7AM.
