Holy shit. I remember posting a reply to you, joking about not getting too excited until the check actually cleared... and it BOUNCED? :1orglaugh

Did you start a thread about this? I did a quick search but couldn't find anything recent.

Have they reissued the check?

If you have the financial resources to hire an attorney - do so ASAP. There are lawyers in Florida that will work based on a percentage of the revenue settlement.

Hound iBill mercilessly with daily emails and phone calls. Don't take no for an answer. And as tempting as it is to flare up and start firing a bunch of profanity at them - it won't help your cause. Demonstrate that you're a more professional business person than they are and keep it civil. You'll catch more flies with honey than vinegar.

OMG they bounced the check on you? I hope your taking legal action on this - how idiotic can they be to write a check and figure it would shut people up.. that is such a scam

After the check bounced, they wired the money direct - but only after I wasted another day back and forth on the phone and emailing them constantly.

I try and stay away from ibill threads. If they're there (internext; which I doubt) it will be a lot more interesting than the Summer session. They fucked a lot of people within the last few months, a few players included.

Just an FYI for everyone.
gkard payout for 12/1 has gone out
non-gkard payout for 12/7 has gone out
gkard payout for 12/15 has gone out
no information on the 12/21 non-gkard payout (it's still too early in the morning)

You can check CMI for details on your payout.

So iBill is current on all payouts for current processing.
We are still working on settlement funding for money owed from last year, but anybody processing with us since March 2005 is receiving their money.

You can still contact me at [email protected] if you have questions.

Happy Holidays

So those of us who expected our twice a month EFTs for $250 - $300 are screwed... Even when we were stupid enough to factor them in to our X-Mas Huh ? I have always kept my mouth shut because i was happy to finally be getting paid for past recurrings (even though you lost 3/4 of my recurring DB by then)... But to pull this shit at X-Mas so you can pass bonuses on to senior management - beyond being cool.

Seriously, that was the money I ws spending on my fiance's X-Mas present.

Not that you guys care much ...

For you to come here to update or respond to people with an "FYI" on missed payments speaks for itself. :winkwink:

P.S. You have 3 months to come up with your "Sorry Ibill Cant Pay On Your Note Payable Contracts Right Now,But We Will " Speech :party-smi

Screaming 12-21-2005 10:38 AM

Did you get your payment booger?

Danny939 12-21-2005 10:43 AM

We sued, Ibill paid 5 payments, and now court again

Sued Ibill for money owed, Ibill entered into a settlement agreement, Ibill paid 5 monthly installments, and now missed the last payment. Our lawyers have made a motion to get the money per the terms of the agreement.

So whoever Andrew at Ibill is, I can definitely say Ibill's not honoring the terms of the settlement agreement they entered into with us.

MWCren 12-21-2005 03:02 PM

Ok, I'll pile on here too. Check the source on the check transaction payouts you guys received late.. it is probably symmetrex. Symmetrex is the "safe and secure" way that gkard transactions are paid. Ibill is sending payout orders to symmetrex for non-gkard payouts... why do you think there was a delay in the 12/15 gkard payout? they spent the money paying check transactions that were to have been paid 11/21. They are digging their own grave. its only gonna get worse.

The name Ibill is a joke throughout the online world. Everyone knows how they do business and yet people still send them joins. If you lose money with Iball's you only have yourself to blame. Warnings have been posted over the last 2 years on GFY and many other boards ignore them at your peril !!!

Andrew... That is one incredible post and in keeping with the lack of cred in the company you accept a salary from.

You are well-aware iBill has entered into formal agreement for payment of amounts to creditors, but rarely have these agreements been fulfilled.

I'm sure you can find the time to check the board "every day or so". It's a pity you are also too busy to respond to the webmasters who have, in fact, emailed you several times.

FYI ... there is no cred - and never will be.

Couple of questions PW...

How many times they need broken?

You mean them to heal completely before breaking again? That sounds like too long. :winkwink:

Seriously.... there are some folks - forget the Andrew bullshitters - but others who seriously need thrown in a jail cell - but, that's only a matter of time.

Just in case there is anybody out there new to the Ibill situation.

Anything coming from Ibill, is just another blatant lie:

Neither Dec. 7 or Dec. 21 payouts have gone out.

?Thank you for contacting iBill.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have exact set date as to when
the Dec. 07 and Dec. 21 payout will be sent.

As soon as we have any update, it will be posted on CMI.?

Gkard payouts are never in time, the Dec. 15 one went out on the Dec. 20 and it did NOT include the 10% reserve money withheld in May, 2005.

Same way Nov. 15 and Oct. 15 payout did NOT include reserves kept in March and April.

?Thank you for contacting iBill.

Unfortunately, we were unable to include the reserve payout on the Dec. 15. payout.

We continue to work to resolve this issue as soon as possible.?

Ibill not touching Gkard money is just another lie ? Gkard reserves, as well as non-Gkard moneys, have already been embezzled by Ibill, same way it had always happened before.

Do NOT enter into any settlement agreement with Andrew or any other nonentity there ? it is ALL scam from the very beginning!

To the new webmasters ? AVOID Ibill as a plague, stay away as far as you can, this is a criminal organisation run by criminals with a sole objective of committing crimes.

Now, can anybody recommend a reasonable lawyer, please? Thank you.

You live in the US or elsewhere?

Lawyers are like mosquitos precise - ten a penny, and just takes time briefing them well to do a decent job on a simple debt recovery process. You live within the US precise?

As a matter course, the Attorney General's office in Florida would like to hear from aggrieved iBill clients and any others who have a claim - also below is the direct line for lodging a complaint to the FTC.

Attorney General
Florida
Tel 866-966-7226.

FTC
http://www.ftc.gov
Direct Phone Complaints:
Tel 877-382-4357

Obviously the chances of actual debt recovery is diminishing by the month. It always takes longer than you would think.

Apart from what is known to webmasters and other creditors, there is plenty info existing "externally" - here's an old syndicated article from Lawrence Kiminski. The relevant part is the footnote at the bottom.

http://www.oregonherald.com/n/specia...pany-fraud.htm

There are obviously other eyes on iBill, IBDI, the present and past officers and the "I'm-only-a-shareholder" motivators in these companies.

adultchica 12-22-2005 06:50 AM

makes me VERY glad I've never done business with Ibill!!!

Violetta 12-22-2005 06:54 AM

I love Ibill... they really know how to fuck up! :(

26MLR 12-22-2005 07:05 AM

Just shows what can happen when a processor loses their merchant account.

CCBill may be headed down the same path.

Ramster 12-22-2005 07:53 AM

Someone needs to step up and sue these fuckers. They are crooks. And now they are spending all YOUR money on a booth in Vegas.

SOMEONE SUE THEM!

Anyone processing with them still is doing it for the money they are obviously owed but sooner or later you will get fucked out of it. So drop them and take the loss now on your terms before they simply bend you over and fuck you when you might need it.
