Adult and any other product that doesn't fit the norm. If they can do gambling that much better for them. Someone will definately get rich and Chris will definately regret getting Epassporte in exchange for his cut in paycom.

Why dont sponsors pay out via Paypal - it isnt like they cant use some DBA in place of an adult themed business name?

I talked to my bank awhile ago about the same subject ( CAPITAL ONE ) and they also were giving me the same indications , and that it had to do with gambling not adult. They said they arent allowed to load to epassporte because they are "gaming related".

But i tried a month later and loaded from it just fine so...

I try to do more unloading than loading then i dont have to worry about that

overall epassporte is a good service , but they are falling into the same bad patterns as paypal.

You are a total retard with the brains of a monkey. Your PR skills (or lack of)show your professionalism to it's fullest extent. I personally have verified what Easton claims, and he is 100% correct thus the reason you are an ass clown. Anyone who uses epassporte is wide open to be scammed by a bunch of board monkeys like you and your shady at best epassporte scam. The truth is that you saw an opportunity here in the adult processing and jumped all over it with the intention of cashing in as quickly as possible on the adult communities online banking problems. Epassporte days are numbered as you are not even close to a real banking institution and is only open (for the moment) because of the lack of laws and credibility of some offshore countries banking regulations.

I just logged into GFY with the intention of makiing a similar thread.

I am trying to load my Epass with my BofA Visa card, never had a problem in the past but lately everything is getting "declined".

Call Epass, they reply "Your bank is declining the transaction for some reason".

Call BofA, they reply "There is no problem with your card at all. The transaction should have gone through. Try again while you're on the phone."

So I try again, but now I've reached my daily cash withdrawl limit from that first transaction which actually did go through, but which epass declined for some reason.

Anyway slightly different problem than yours Easton, but very fucking annoying. I wonder if BofA is blocking epass transactions now too ... but if so, the fraud dept doesn't seem to know about it yet.

FUCK need to send some cash, so annoying.....

CHRIS - HOW ABOUT A REAL REPLY? THESE ARE SERIOUS CONCERNS OF YOUR VALUED CUSTOMERS. YOU ARE AWARE THAT AT LEAST SOME PEOPLE ARE HAVING THIS PROBLEM... DON'T YOU WANT TO FIND A SOLUTION AND KEEP OUR BUSINESS?

I have really enjoyed using Epass over the years, I think you offer a great service for the most part, but that reply was not cool man. At least acknowledge that your customers are having real problems here and TRY to help us out. And if you can't, then be straight up with us about it ... a lot of people here are still loyal to your company, whether they speak up or not, but this lack of professionalism is not helping to keep us that way.

Shit, man.

Every epassporte customer who is having similar problems should send a link to this thread to Epassporte support, with "Attention Chris Mallick" at the top and demand a real reply. Shawshank Redemption style lol ..

If enough people bugged his support staff... think he might come through with an answer?

Peeps, give Chris a little slack, just a little. The online payment business can be tough and especially if you are dealing with high-risk transactions in any way, shape, or form. I am sure he is going to look into it and see where the problem is.

As for blocking transactions, I could see how a US bank could do something like that. This doesn?t mean I am saying that they are doing it. Gambling is illegal in some places, and who knows what the legal department or risk department of a bank consider.

Sorry, I was off line for a while.

My post of Toal Bullshit was not done as a PR move; it was stating a fact. I read the post, checked the logs of load transactions and saw that at 5:59 a.m. PST that day there was a load on Chase. We also had Bank One loads earlier.

So I won't debate this, it is a fact that people are able to load with these cards, although I do not know if certain Chase or Bank One BIN's might block account funding transactions.

What really disturbes me is the anger with which people post, and the same people, all the time. Maybe you guys need to launch (or you are?) your own prodcut.

Once again, we value our clients and this industry. We are solid in all respects and not going anywhere.

If anyone has had or has a problem loading becasue of the issues discussed here, email me your card number and I will look into it. We want everyone to be able to use their cards.

To recap: We are fine with all banks to my knowledge. If not, please email me.

I am off line again until Monday...

C

And it appears you were stating a wrong fact. You stated what he said was bullshit.. just because one person loaded from chase doesnt make what he said incorrect or "bullshit" It means one persons card couldnt load and one persons could. All you had to say was " we wil look into this for you "

Granted i think it was out of line for him to title the thread "all" and not "MY" without knowing that was a fact ( even if he was told that by chase ).

I know for a fact that capital one told me the exact same thing , ( but later i could load my card just fine with it ,so we are hearing conflicting stories from our banks reps )

What really disturbes me is the anger with which people post, and the same people, all the time. Maybe you guys need to launch (or you are?) your own prodcut.
What you have to remember Chris is that when you are at the top of the game (where you are right now) some people will love to hate you because of your success. Those people will come to your dinners/parties and shake your hand but as soon as you leave they will be talking shit because their jealousy consumes them.

You run a first class operation and we (GTS, Submitpasses, P2PADS, Nichespots) are very happy with your service.

well said but i dont think thats where the anger stems.. people just get tired of programs they support treating their customers like crap..

I wasnt super offended by his comments , but i think it could have been handled alot better..

Overall i am very pleased with epassporte's service, but it cant hurt to improve..

Bigger the card issuer (bank), usually worse the service ...

First USA was pretty good all around with awesome credit deals...

Then they became part of Bank One ... service / deals were still pretty similar, but more stuff automated / outsourced.

Then all of it became part of Chase ... service, deals, etc all went to crap literally straight away ...

Point of my rambling is that so called "bank reps" are usually offshore workers who have no clue - they just read scripts off their computer screen, and supervisors often aren't any better.

And so it's very possible that epass works fine for some Chase cardholders and not others and/or seemingly randomly - sometimes working and sometimes not ... and that's not farfetched from my own personal experiences with my Chase card - it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't at some places; likely going to cancel the card soon, since it's not worth using these days anyways.

anyone else notice their bank declining loads to ePassporte?
Transactions going to epassporte from your bank or withdrawing money from epassporte?

transactions from my BankOne/Chase card into ePassporte... and it seems i'm not the only one with this problem

can we assume that ePassporte will be working with the banks affected to rectifiy the loading issue?
