I guess my only comment to those that aren't always experimenting with new programs is that you run the high risk of becoming a dinosaur over time. Things change and everyone needs to be reinventing themselves or working with companies that are doing that on a regular basis. There's a lot of bullshit on the boards. The reality for most is that they are working harder than ever before to earn the same money or less than they used to.

I'm not saying that people should necessarily dilute or change out where all of their traffic goes. I am saying that the smartest of webmasters are on top of their game, always planning ahead and making an investment into their future success.

Seems to be worth saying here, especially, that Roger's program seems to be fresh and innovating and worth a serious look or experimentation.

Wow I really appreciate your post your always a class act

When I post I'm trying to reach the lerkers more than anything just about everyone checks the boards but not everyone posts.

We are very new only 5 months old but we have 9 years of experience converting traffic behind the new program. We are continuously tweaking things daily to make sure you convert.

I am not hurting for business in anyway and thanks to those who are supporting and doing biz with us now we really do appreciate it.
I just always strive to do better, its in my blood! I'm always looking for new thing to do otherwise I get burnt out on the same old shit.

I always deal with webamsters 1 on 1 because its a biz relationship that requires continues nurturing for the best results.

Roger,

You might want to get someone to code you up a decent gallery export tool. You're missing the boat in that department. I'm sure a good bit of prospective webmasters are signing up planning to export some gals with descriptions easily into their TGP script and finding out it's not possible and moving on.

should be able to choose the separator: comma, pipe or tab
should be able to export gals for 1 or all sites as well as movie gals, picture gals, or both
should be able to choose the order of information in each field, most common being:
gallery url
gallery description
number of pics or movies
category
thumb url

you get that whipped up and i guarantee you will see more traffic flowing from more sponsors,

Cheers,
BV

I really appreciate the post this is the exact type of feedback I'm looking for

I very rarely sign up for big programs as they have a lot of content out there already. I don't want to be like everyone else so for me it is through hours of research and literaly stumbling across a hidden jewel that makes me happy.

I'm not sure if anything is available off the shelf, if you use executive stats i would start by hitting them up.

I can tell you that all the NATS programs have this in their admin so I would think it should be part of ES's affiliate script as well.

We coded our own back end and our tool looks like this:

There have been a few threads here on this topic with more info that I may have missed in case you want to research further and more deeply.

I'd start with Executive Stats though and see what they recommend.

There is no doubt that a good gallery export tool is important.

MPA3 works like this:

Under webmaster section>links & tools> hosted gallery>click to generate the desired links>a link exporter appears at the bottom.

The links export tool has the ability to select thumbs in the format 88x88, 90x120, 120x90, 100x100, 110x150.
