I'm put on hold for over 20 minutes just to find out you can't access my account info, that I need to give you my bank info and billing date, your fucking automated answer system was better informed! Is it just an office full of underpaid morons outsourced from some free clinic line ?

The hold on your account is made by your credit card company, not by the merchants. You should contact your credit card company if it has been over 10 days.

Merchants place the hold and must contact your bank to have it removed if it doesn't dissipate on it's own..
