A letter to Orbitz

You fucking asshole?s , you?re an online service that can't render service over the net? So yes I call and guess fucking what? I'm put on hold for over 20 minutes just to find out you can't access my account info, that I need to give you my bank info and billing date, your fucking automated answer system was better informed! Is it just an office full of underpaid morons outsourced from some free clinic line ?
You owe me $199.00 that you have in a soft charge, and you have the balls to charge me $5.99 for the service? Fuck You! Your nothing but a bunch of thieves.
Your Victim

think about that

When they said 7-10 days you did realize in the business world that does not include weekends and holidays right?

The hold on your account is made by your credit card company, not by the merchants. You should contact your credit card company if it has been over 10 days.

Merchants place the hold and must contact your bank to have it removed if it doesn't dissipate on it's own..

Why didn't you just give them your bank info? It's your own damned fault they couldn't help you further.

What ever the cost, it just pisses me off, the automated phone system, it just needed me to speak my name, then it had my account, this bitch wanted me to give her all sorts of info, she has my name, that should be enough!
If people don't bitch to the high heavens about being ripped off, then companies will keep with the same program!
I know if I lived in West Virginia, I'd be hot as hell, they have to pay state taxes for internet purchases, you think they voted on that?
