I'd vote for any party who vows to kill the bank of Canada, eliminate fractional reserve banking, and start issuing our own money debt free and interest free. No more debt or mountain of interests. They could lower the taxes to almost nothing, and layoff a bunch of government workers at the CRA.
Until then, I vote liberal cause there are no better options, and the liberal did a good job in the last 12 years (apart from the sponsorship program)

There was an ugly phase a couple years back where cretien got tossed out on his ear, but he still retains enough information and influence to make life miserable for the federal liberals (including gomery commission-related things). Expunge the cretien influence and the liberals would be in majority again, imo. On the plus side, so long as Harper remains the waxen-faced Evil Ken Doll figurehead of the conservatives, and so long as Bush keeps fucking things up in a very public way to our south, Canada need not have a fear of the Canadian CRAP taking control (Conservative Reform Alliance Party... yes, they were actually named that once, until whoever did their PR was dutifully fired). Perhaps Harper's replacement will have better luck in the next cycle.
