"Names" are just that - the same hands are in control in the background. By their own statement, they are deficient by around $14million net. Who knows the accuracy of this "optimistic" accounting statement? If account managers need to ask clients how much they are owed - fat chance of creditors being accurately recorded. There is also plenty room for an "accounting shuffle" and including funds iBill have little chance of getting from others - including banks. Any bank/individual who has the confidence to dump $14mill (assuming this iBill statement is remotely accurate!) into iBill, - seriously needs financial advice :winkwink: There are reasons why folks just can't simply declare bankruptcy. :) |
Bump for Andrew - Answer the emails

Bump for this thread!

Don't hold your breath waiting for this Andrew asshole to answer. In effect Ibill has just one person working answering all the nasty mail they get each day. This person set up like 20 e-mail addresses and has lost track of most of them.
He is running around like a chicken with his head cut off trying to save his job, but its a losing battle. The crap he is given to post is the same old shit Iball's has always posted from years ago. The facts are Iball's is going out of business, if you are owed money by them kiss it good-bye, if you haven't seen it yet you will never see it. Stop sending joins to Iball's or any sponsor still stupid enough to use Iball's, that way you will at least not lose any more money ! |
bump for thieving processors
Just helping Claude out :winkwink: |
DO NOT SEND IBILL ANOTHER EMAIL OR PHONE CALL, PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL A LAWYER
I seriously can't believe people are still trying to "work things out" or talk with ibill reps about getting their money. Pick up the phone, spend $100 on a lawyer and bring them to court. |

But the thing is, Andrew came here and promised to get me something that I had written off (although it rightfully belongs to me), I went to the trouble of getting the links up, AT LOT OF EMAIL HASSLES because Ibill has the worst customerservice in the history of the internet and I generally got new hope. We have a signed agreement - I WANT THAT MONEY. As for all you who says forget it, the money is gone. I´m not at that point yet, It´s my money - why should I not try to get them? And calling a lawyer and paying $100 for it, dream on - $100 will get you nowhere and you also have to remember that I´m located in Europe. If I lived i FL i would be knocking on Ibills door instead. I´m not trying to "work things out" - I´m trying to get money owed to me. Ibill will never be my MAIN processor again. Hope you people will keep bumping this one :-) |
Anyone who is still owed money by Ibill should contact them directly, not spreading bad publicity here. You will all be getting paid soon.

Well, thats a good shot. I'd think getting hold of these people (beside from the consultant) would be best. |

Idiot !
Fuck off ! IBall's lackey. Hundreds of people tried this and still havent gotten a cent. The warning about Iball's will go on being posted on all forums and message boards until every last cent has been paid back to webmasters and affiliates and yes that includes all outstanding amounts before Sept 2004.
Get it ? Quote:

I can't believe that people still think IBILL will pay them. The economics are simple.
They have 100% bills to be met, I doubt if todays turnover even meets those bills. So forget about them raising money to pay the debts. They will never float and the Titanic thread is completely acurate. I know it sounds tough but the best way to get back at them is to sue them. |
My guess is that a few big sponsors already did this and got at least part of their money back. Maybe that is why they don't have anything left to pay out the smaller guys ? just my :2 cents:

Your advice re contacting iBill is 100% sound and you need to forgive folks for "spreading bad publicity" - it's just a human thing to bitch when assholes don't pay. Now... about the "you will all be getting paid soon"? Can ya pass out guarantees and indemnities to secure this please since you obviously have no doubts? Now.. please, please, fuck off and learn something before talking crap here. :winkwink: |

Can't blame the staff - they work under fucked management and knowingly lie or are decieved as well. |

BUMP! I am myself am tired of the waiting and broken promises but mostly I am tired of having Ibill trying to blackmail me back into using them! BUMP BUMP BUMP... Til every single webmaster is paid! I will bump this thread!

Oh BTW BUMP
|
bumpi di bump- I want my money and I´m not giving up.
|
BTW..... BUMP! :winkwink:
Just as an aside... months ago the AG's office in Florida were compiling a list of complaints re non-payment by iBill. At that time there was too much faith in the assholes and not enough complaints being made. If you want to seriously get some action moving - that may be good or bad in the end (in respect of getting money), but it is something worth doing instead of waiting for more garbage from iBill reps. Little doubt, there are plenty demons in the cupboard with this company - from the time of the purchase onwards. The sooner an investigation starts - the sooner the lot gets cleared up. If ya can't be bothered suing them - give the AG's office a call and register your complaint! PS... Can't say for sure.. but chances are iBill is already being watched and it's not time to act yet. |

If so.. you dealt with INTeca in settlements from iBill? They were sitting in the middle and dealing with iBill (with difficulty!) on EU payments and managed to get a good few mill released. Can't say what the current status is with them, but it may be worth emailing and asking. The URL is http://www.inteca.org |

I think one of the objects of Inteca is to get some security setup with third party processors - stuff like security of client funds and having this audited on a regular basis and, if possible, not permitting a TTP to access funds directly - apart from their own commission. This is a fundamental flaw even with "large processors" right now. I got total respect for the quality of the people behind this - they are well-qualified and familiar with e-commerce and the problems attached. Can't remember now how many millions they managed to retrieve from iBill banks on behalf of EU webmasters - but it's a lump!! :-) They are also very helpful - so worth shooting an email thru! :thumbsup |
