Have 10 vids up now, reformatting 200 more.

Will also upgrade to script that allows users to sort by popularity etc...

No - ipods only support mpeg 4 and h264. Seems dumb they dont support divx yet, but I guess they want their $$$ to come through their itunes stores.

Anyway - if you have an ipod site, let me know your URL and I'll get some kind of reciprocal link think going if you want to trade links within members sections.

Also if you think some aspect of the site design sucks or could be made better to increase conversions let me know...

Nice idea, first actual site ive seen. If i were you id offer more than 10 videos and dont say "if the site pays for itself" it gives me the feeling of a fly by night type scheme.

Thanks - I have updated the wording. Have also made similar changes to other sections of the site for signups and webmasters.

Im also running a Google Adwords campaign on the site so I can experiment with the conversions by tweaking things.

I prefer to keep it clean and "amateur" looking. ie home made as opposed to slick and corporate. Not sure if this is best strategy or not, but works for me in the past.

I think Apple would probably love to get porn onto ipods as it would further encourage the uptake of the new one. Basically ANY content they could get their hands on would be good for the market.
