Got me an iPod so figured it may as well pay for itself.

Have 10 vids up now, reformatting 200 more.

Will also upgrade to script that allows users to sort by popularity etc...

No - ipods only support mpeg 4 and h264. Seems dumb they dont support divx yet, but I guess they want their $$$ to come through their itunes stores.

Nice idea, first actual site ive seen. If i were you id offer more than 10 videos and dont say "if the site pays for itself" it gives me the feeling of a fly by night type scheme.

Thanks - I have updated the wording. Have also made similar changes to other sections of the site for signups and webmasters.

Im also running a Google Adwords campaign on the site so I can experiment with the conversions by tweaking things.

I prefer to keep it clean and "amateur" looking. ie home made as opposed to slick and corporate. Not sure if this is best strategy or not, but works for me in the past.

Is Apple cool about this?

i highly doubt apple would want to get into the game of censoring what videos you can watch on your own ipod ..

I think Apple would probably love to get porn onto ipods as it would further encourage the uptake of the new one. Basically ANY content they could get their hands on would be good for the market.

Over 100 videos online now and more coming. Signups seem to be going well enough.

Nice program... Only 2 sales so far with it.. but then you only had 10 videos at the time. I figure it will get big soon.

Just a heads up - I have switched to www.myvirtualcard.com from Verotel.

All rebills for anyone who had signups via Verotel will of course still keep working.
