The dumb fucks of the month award goes to
Comcast....
I have 8Mbit cable...all day its been slow as hell and the pop servers arent responding fast enough...time outs so I hop on gmail and sent a message to support asking if its an area issue or if i need to open a support call. I include my account number and comcast email addy I get an autoresponder that bounces the email because it wasnt from a comcast customer....WHAT THE FUCK? how stupid is that...how do you contact them if email doesnt work... so they win...buncha stupid fucks...

i believe they've even replaced their live online help with some half ass question and answer thing.. never waited longer than 2 minutes on hold...... and i've called them A LOT. lol. |

My Comcast service has sucked lately. I'm not sure if its my VOIP "gizmo" thingy slowing it down...or if its Comcast.
