Comcast....

I have 8Mbit cable...all day its been slow as hell and the pop servers arent responding fast enough...time outs

so I hop on gmail and sent a message to support asking if its an area issue or if i need to open a support call. I include my account number and comcast email addy

I get an autoresponder that bounces the email because it wasnt from a comcast customer....WHAT THE FUCK?

how stupid is that...how do you contact them if email doesnt work...
so they win...buncha stupid fucks...

LOL Jace and Mike - move up to the hills and try calling after 5 or before 9. The little local phone company/internet company/cable company (all the same company) closes up shop outside regular business hours ;)

pick up the phone....

i believe they've even replaced their live online help with some half ass question and answer thing..

never waited longer than 2 minutes on hold...... and i've called them A LOT.

haha, wow...i could NOT handle that

my grandma lives in a small town in kentucky, and right by her house is the comcast cable location....every time I drive by there it has one tech truck, one person inside...and they are only open 10am-4pm

haha, that would drive me nuts

yeah, the new comcast phone support ROCKS....i am never on hold for more than 2-3 TOPS

My Comcast service has sucked lately. I'm not sure if its my VOIP "gizmo" thingy slowing it down...or if its Comcast.
