We have dbase issues a lot lately, and when those don't work, so don't all of our websites. We need to get it fixed asap, but most of their workers are asleep right now. Anyone have an icq number I can reach right NOW?

I'm a pretty big fan of Phatservers usually but they have some very real issues with support during the night Pacific time from my past experiences and from what I've been told by other webmasters hosting with them.

They need a midnight shift in there but they don't have one from what I can tell.

When it's the middle of the night on the west coast it's morning here on the east coast. And what about the time differences across the rest of the world?

That's just my two cents. I'd really like to see a comment from Phatservers on this.

We have round the clock support. Mike W. is the lead during this time slot you are referring to and you being a customer i'm sure you know he is on top of his game.

The are always around. Any time I ahd to email them about anything in the middle of the ngiht I got a response in good time.

As a customer I know for a fact that Mike Wesson is great tech and on top of his game. In fact, if you do a search on GFY you'll see that I started a thread about Mike's outstanding support.

You do not however have around the clock support and I know that for a fact.

I have also heard this numerous times before about phatservers bad support, well maybe not bad when they are there, but that is not 24/7. That is actually one of the reasons I never put any servers with them. I have heard some good things about them, but support was not one of them.

Their support is actually quite good most of the time. If you have problems at 7 am eastern time on a Sunday morning though you're pretty much screwed

As always, email [email protected] whenever you have problems or need something done. If it is an emergency, use our emergency address. We have people on at those times.

I'm really concerned as to when you have had these problems that didn't get resolved in an appropriate timeframe. If you have problems like this again, please email me at [email protected] so I can look into why your issue wasn't resolved quickly.
