I'm a pretty big fan of Phatservers usually but they have some very real issues with support during the night Pacific time from my past experiences and from what I've been told by other webmasters hosting with them.
They need a midnight shift in there but they don't have one from what I can tell.
When it's the middle of the night on the west coast it's morning here on the east coast. And what about the time differences across the rest of the world?
That's just my two cents. I'd really like to see a comment from Phatservers on this.Comment

As a customer I know for a fact that Mike Wesson is great tech and on top of his game. In fact, if you do a search on GFY you'll see that I started a thread about Mike's outstanding support.
You do not however have around the clock support and I know that for a fact.

I have also heard this numerous times before about phatservers bad support, well maybe not bad when they are there, but that is not 24/7.
