This will be a very important case to follow. Just reading the first few paragraphs will alert all of you with newsletters and message boards. If the defendant loses, expect constant actions against you to get info on your subscribers everytime some soft heel feels offended by a comment. Which means all day long. Another case of a way for power groups to stop opinions. |
