This will be a very important case to follow. Just reading the first few paragraphs will alert all of you with newsletters and message boards.

If the defendant loses, expect constant actions against you to get info on your subscribers everytime some soft heel feels offended by a comment. Which means all day long.

Another case of a way for power groups to stop opinions.

This should be big.

Indeed! This is a Supreme Court issue. If it wins, it gives the present administration and their big business cronies to come after anyone with a dissenting viewpoint or remedy to problems arising from corruption and greed.

It would turn the internet into a shyster feeding frenzy. Any off color comment can be used against a person to break them down in court financially so they'd never use the web to communicate again.

It would break down the very security that makes the web a booming communication and trade vehicle.

Abused, it would cut the throats of the prononents themselves but crazy people do that.
