2- Our licenses are no longer valid since we do not work for a brokerage firm anymore, simply stating that I know a thing or two about public companies, the series 7 exam is one of the hardest tests to take, you need to know your shit. It's license...not liscense. It takes 2 years of no-activity for your 7 to expire. You have no clue if they have / or haven't' used their license in that time.

actually ... mine is still active .. i was managing a few accounts last year for friends at a local firm ...i u-5 'd it about 7 months ago ... I'm still licensed for another 15 months before it expires ...

I passed the series 7, no lie as well as the 56 at the age of 22. Its not hard, at all. Try taking the CFA, thats the real deal.

How does Newbreed get away with blaming Arika for not paying affiliates when he runs the program and the domains are registered in his name. How is it all her fault, shouldn't he be accepting the blame also? Even if she did leave him he still has a responsibilities to pay his affiliates.

I hae tried to stay away from GFY the last few days, but people have ICQ'd me this thread again and again so I will explain it...

I have a restraining order on me that references the company bank account. Specifically the word "transfer" is used in the RO. Therefore I do not have the legal authority to take over or access anything and make sure people are paid. I have talked to Arika several times over the last few days and understand that payments have been made. I have no reason not to believe that at this point.

Yes the domain is in my name, that was done as a protection measure to keep her identity and location in safe hands. The domain is owned by my other company, and will remain that way until a settlement is completed and in place, and we agree to a suitable new owner of the domain. I have a real problem with it being in her name and showing her new address (for obvious reasons) so we're trying to figure that out now.

I have never written a check on the account in question, in fact I am not even on the account, so that is the other reason I have not been more involved in making sure payments (as well as compnesation for the downtime) have gone out and bills have been paid. Anyone who has ever gotten a check from the program will see her name on the checks, not mine.

When the switch to NATS was made, responsibility for the program and payments for it were put on her, and she is and has been solely responsible for making any payments due.
