You know, I usually stay the fuck out of threads like this because they usually serve NO purpose.
Now, for the record, I am friend with the "Mob" and have watched with interest their corporate moves (which they were open about at the time on the boards from recollection) and applauded them from afar.
Why ?
Now I may never have had or been involved in a public company in the USA, but I certainly have and am elsewhere.
The way they implemented the reverse merger was very pretty to watch - raping and pillaging to end up getting paid to have you want? That's pretty nice in anyones language. I will not waste energy nor knowledge explaining what is involved... I think Mikey, Ray and Tim have actually gone above and beyond the call of sharing information that is NO OTHER FUCKERS BUSINESS at the end of the day.
