I am only like 140 , 5 foot 8 and my metabolism is fast as hell. I can't gain shit by just eating. Think it will work with those? I'll be taking it while working out of course. ![]() |

Good choice on the protein, ON shakes i found have the best taste

your supposed to take creatine 30 minutes before you work out.. that other stuff you drink two or three times per day with milk.
