So I ordered these two...

I want to put on like 15 lbs of weight most of it muscle.
I am in real good shape now but I am too small. I am only like 140 , 5 foot 8 and my metabolism is fast as hell. I can't gain shit by just eating.

Think it will work with those? I'll be taking it while working out of course. :thumbsup

It will surely help add some weight, I thought you were suppose to take that stuff after working out though not during?

Here is one for ya :)

Eat 2 grams of protein per kilo you weight per day.
take glutamine and creatine.

And ofcourse, if you want to get big take Deca, but responsibly :upsidedow

Good choice on the protein, ON shakes i found have the best taste

Liquid Creatine? Cancel that and order some Creatine Creapure Monohydrate (powder)

your supposed to take creatine 30 minutes before you work out.. that other stuff you drink two or three times per day with milk.
