I am only like 140 , 5 foot 8 and my metabolism is fast as hell. I can't gain shit by just eating. Think it will work with those? I'll be taking it while working out of course. :thumbsup |
It will surely help add some weight, I thought you were suppose to take that stuff after working out though not during?

Eat 2 grams of protein per kilo you weight per day. take glutamine and creatine. And ofcourse, if you want to get big take Deca, but responsibly :upsidedow |

your supposed to take creatine 30 minutes before you work out.. that other stuff you drink two or three times per day with milk.
