Yup Vegas had that done by Kelly Rogers over at Bruce Bart tattoo in Lauderdale...he does some wild stuff!

it's great .. lots of layers .... I can't wait to get the background done on mine .. same kind of thing waves and wind whirls ..

The guys at the shop were awsome! We came in as a group for 5 huge tats at 10:00am....they stayed past midnight.
