I drink about more than one gallon of water a day. Presume 5 liters? But I think it is too much.

A gallon is 3.7 liters. It's not too much, you can easily drink that. I drink around 2 liters a day, not including herbal teas.

I heard that it's possible to drink TOO much water, because all of the added stuff that is in it. I have no idea how much that is though. I drink about 2 liters water a day.

I don't drink enough right now. I went through a time frame of drinking roughly 2 gallons a day, and the weight just melted off. Though that wasn't the reason I was doing it. I just feel better when I'm well hydrated.

So I suppose I should drag my ass to the kitchen for a glass of water.

I try to drink almost a gallon of water a day because I am on a pretty regular excercise and diet program, not counting the extra water I imbibe with the iced tea, hot tea and green tea that I also drink throughout the day. It is good for health, but the only drawback is I have to run to the toilet to piss fifteen times or more a friggin' day.

2-3 liters clean water a day is the best thing you can get to your body, since our bodies are more than 60% composed of water, when you drink clean water you are cleaining your body.
On the other side probably much of the water in the big cities is bad, so buy bottled one that's from good source.

I'm all about the water. I drink about 15-20 12 ounce glasses a day. I've still yet to get drunk from it. I also drink 0 soda and about 2 glasses of OJ a day. Green Tea and sushi about 3 days a week as well.
