Give me some suggestions.
It's for one person. Anyone have any good seafood recipes?

Get a thing of heavy whipping cream ...
Then use about 1/4 of it, add white wine, basil, fresh garlic, and about a tablespoon of butter and bring to boil. Then add some tomato, fresh spinach, green and red peppers, artichoke hearts and a little juice from the art. hearts. Meanwhile, while that is cooking, take some shrimp and cook those in olive oil and add salt, ground pepper, and some red pepper. Cook those and then add to the mixture ... you can use chicken or shrimp. Cook some linguine, mix it all together and voila!

sear some scallops in some butter with mandarin orange juice and brown sugar. a dash of salt and a small pinch of white pepper.
or some jumbo shrimp skewered. sauteed in lemon juice, E.V.V.O, salt, paprika, cayanne pepper, lots of garlic. throw a nice little steak on the grill and you got hte perfect surf n' turf. |

Familiar with Arroz Con Pollo Recipe (Chicken with Rice)?
--Perfect for rainy days. Ingredients: 2 cups Long grain rice 1 - 16 oz. jar authentic Mexican style Rice Mex 2 cup or 16 oz. jar of water 1/2 Chicken (parts or boneless breast) 3 TBS Oil Directions: Boil chicken in Rice Mex and water. In another deep pan heat oil on high setting until it starts to smoke. When oil smokes, put in your 2 cups of rice and stir constantly until it turns white like popcorn.
