Im taking programming contracts

I will hit you up on ICQ now.. company I was going to use, I won't mention their name, has taken probably close to a week of me asking them to send their signed NDA to me so I could give them more details and so they could get started on the project.. but they still haven't.. and the assistant hasn't done their job either I guess.
