![]() Ibill seems to be queueing a lot of my rebills. About 50% since the 20th are still backed up in the scheduled list.
Is anyone else seeing this in the CMI? |

Our transaction replicator to the CMI was behind for rebills and live transactions starting around noon time on Saturday 2/23. This system should be cuaght up late this morning. Transactions were happening-just our reporting tool was behind.

Why have the problems with the CMI/rebills lasted for three months ?
What problem does Ibill have that money cant fix ? |

The rebill replication to the CMI is caught up as of this morning. Rebills that are in queue from 2/20 could be related to our actual rebill schedule and how we address declined rebills. Feel free to contact me at [email protected] for more details. Cathy

Globill RULES. Switch to them! They are friendly and will answer your emails in less than 5 minutes. If you have troubles they will send a tech to your door with a 6 pack of beer and he will not leave until all your problems have been adressed and or fixed. If you process more than 5k a week, they give you free maid service.

Uh, didnt have it removed, but havent asked either. Dont know if it still there, will have to look.
I am making screencaps nightly, something is very odd with rebills. So far I have several thousand worth the rebills that arent showing up in stats, and are not showing up in "scheduled to rebill". They are gone. I am gonna give it a couple more days of making screencaps before I contact my iBill rep. And yes, the checkbox is still on my join page. Doesnt bother me though. Signups have been waaay up for me the last week. Signups way up, rebills way down and several grand missing. |

All,
We identified a problem with rebills for all 100 sub accounts that started on Feb 21. Our IT staff has corrected the code and rebills are now in proess. The system should be up to date by Tuesday afternoon. Cathy |

Sorry to confuse you. When you sign up at iBill you are given a master account number and then subaccounts to reflect price points. Most likely you have a subaccount in the 100-199 range. By going into the CMI under set up you can review all of your subaccounts. If you would like me to look up your subaccounts - please send you master account number to me at [email protected].
