Not a big fan of tatts in the first place. Some look ok but personally i'd never get one. As for one on your neck - looks not so good IMO. But hey if it floats your boat then go for it. Not my body, so good luck to you.

I like the way tattoos look on different people but at the same time, I like to think they can be concealed for appropriate venues like a wedding or funeral where there's lots of parents and people who aren't as open minded as most of us have become.
